Careshma is an entrepreneur with over 20 years experience. She currently leads business development functions at Jicara Media Pte Ltd. - a Singapore-based B2B tech publication and events company she co-founded in 2018. Jicara Media connects technology companies with end-users across Asia Pacific. 

Her peers and colleagues know her for being an effective communicator with strong people management skills, able to engage both internal and external stakeholders. She has a proven ability to manage and lead large, multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams in the delivery of several concurrent projects.
