With over 20 years of Financial Sector experience across three organisations, Lucien has spent 10 of those years at Absa Bank where he has provided invaluable sales support and execution in delivering the prescribed strategy for the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) division. His last 5 years at Absa Bank Limited, he has a held a Senior Banker role, specifically focused on the Middle East and Southeast Asia Corridors. The Role required Lucien to enable and to increase Absa’s Presence in the respective target corridors and to ensure the ability to drive and execute the company’s International Strategy and acquire New to Bank Mandates while defending Absa’s existing client base.
