Based in Singapore, Nigel joined Roubler as COO in September of 2017, Nigel has extensive knowledge of workforce management and fintech technologies. Before his appointment at Roubler, Nigel managed the innovations department at one of South Africa's largest publicly listed recruitment and labour placement companies. In this position, Nigel was responsible for the design and execution of different innovations that facilitated the management and payment of staff enhancing the company's overall value proposition.

A problem solver, Nigel won a Frost & Sullivan Africa award which facilitated off shore workforce management solutions for the oil and gas industry in Angola, and the mining operations in the DRC.

In addition, Nigel implemented the first prepaid employer debit Mastercard in South Africa and pioneered the value add financial services offering to employees through a single source payment method that was part of the "unbanked" culture in South

Nigel holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in risk management and is currently completing his MBA through Henley University in the United Kingdom. Nigel has an affinity, drive and commercial acumen for start up and scale up businesses.
